Last friday was another day for the infamous JDMU yabangan nights. Took us 3 hours to get to greenhills. It was friday night chaos at edsa! But the turnout of great cars and great people made it all worth the stress. Always fun hanging out and meeting new people in the JDM scene.

Sorry about the grainy and relatively dark video. The setting really wasn't conducive to shooting. Not enough lighting and at that ungodly hour there were still a lot of pedestrians and workers. Construction at shoppesville didn't help either.

Photography achievement: Motion Blur

I finally got the million dollar shot I've been aiming for ever since I picked up my first car magazine. It's the effect that made publishers like hondatuning famous. The motion-blur. I've always liked how photographers capture the speed of cars in picture. The idea is to show how fast the car is even if it's not moving. I think it's brilliant and that's why I've always tried to emulate this idea. In our recent photography class, our professor showed us how to do just that.

My rendition :) Yup it's not as crisp but as we pick up I hope I learn how to make it as good as the real thing.

Random saturday at Bridestone Alabang

Yesterday, my friend Luigi and I randomly went to Bridgestone to visit our friend Carlo. When we got there two of our friends Tin and Lester were there as well. So we basically hungout the whole night, much chatter and food were shared. We watched BMI and played Forza 3.(Aaron was killing it at the downhill drifting FF's. WTF.)

I always love hanging out and getting stuff done at Bridgestone. People there are just polite and productive. The tools are A-grade and the place is absolutely spotless. Just world class excellence.

By the way, Carlo lent me his fisheye lens and i just had fun shooting with it that everything ended up in fisheye view. Something new I think.
